Our vacuum set have auto-control system can control operating time automatically in order to avoid overtime running and over-heating to save operation cost for you. 簡單說明： 工件表面如果是不規則或多孔者，則必須自行透過治具的使用來加強工作件與工作台的密合度。 請注意：但因為透過治具與不規則的工件表面有改善，但仍無法十分密合，加工時，所排出的水量仍有可能變大，此將造成控制器後方的冷 卻液集水盒會滿出，而流入控制器的情況產生，這將會造成控制器的損壞。 如有上述的工件加工情況，則建議必須另購 (選擇配備) 自動排水系統，或加大後方的集水容器來使用(訂購時請告知), 以避免此情況的產 生。在購買前請務必先確認工件的加工狀況。 Please Note: Using a fixture to hold an irregular shape & uneven surface of workpiece firmly is necessary and required. To install an auto-drainage device is necessary for processing an irregular shape & uneven surface of workpiece to avoid overflow liquid flowing into the controller system. Before ordering, please offer us the detailed conditions of the workpiece information for selecting a necessary option. 注意事項(一)﹕ 本系統用電為 AC 220V 單相φ1 50/60 Hz。 真空壓力到達設定值後，會微量洩漏，此為正常現象。壓力洩至設定下限後，會自行啟動真空機補充壓力至設定上限。其間均可正常加工， 請放心使用。 真空壓力表設定上限及下限均已調整為最佳化，請勿自行調整。 Operation and Maintenance (1) : Power input: AC220V, 50/60 Hz, Single Phase. When vacuum pressure reaches to setting range, the vacuum reassure may has a little leakage occurred, this is normal situation. Automatic vacuum pressure control system makes sure the vacuum pressure is controlled between maximum and minimum working range. The maximum and minimum vacuum pressure is set on the best range, please do not adjust the vacuum pressure gauge. 注意事項(二)﹕ 結束後，請確實清理工件及真空吸盤上之碎屑再行拿下工件。 否則輕則引起吸引孔阻塞，影響真空效率；重則吸入真空機造成機件毀損。 如真空過載(3.)燈號亮起，請立即關閉電源(6.)。 打開前蓋，將馬達過載保護器上的藍色按鈕(Reset)按下，即可正常動作。 Operation and Maintenance (2) : After operation, to avoid iron chip blocking the vacuum hole and to damage the vacuum system, please make sure clean up iron chip on the system and working piece first before release the working piece.
